Hi I am Charlotte a seasoned hospitality professional with an illustrious 12-year career that spans across Europe and Australia. Hailing from the picturesque city of Bordeaux, France, I bring a rich culinary heritage to my diverse skill set. My journey in the hospitality industry began under the guidance of my father, embarked on an apprenticeship with Michelin-starred establishments in France and was the proud owner of three renowned restaurants, instilling in my deep passion for gastronomy.
My journey, however, extends beyond the kitchen, as I seamlessly transitioned into roles as a skilled bartender, chef, head waiter and, eventually, a highly effective bar manager. My professional story is marked by time spent in award-winning bars such as but not limited to : Mimi's, Palmer & CO, Maybe Group, Armorica, Eau de Vie, Mjolner, Amare and restaurants in both Europe and Australia, with my current base in the vibrant city of Sydney. Fluent in Spanish, French, and English, I effortlessly navigates the multicultural landscape of the hospitality industry, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
